Stage Grand Sud 2018 avec sensei Delaunay
Le stage Grand Sud a eu lieu le weekend du 24 et 25 novembre 2018 à Mèze, à proximité de Montpellier. Cette année nous avons eu le plaisir de compter parmi les instructeurs du stage sensei Baptiste DELAUNAY, multiple champion de France de karaté Kyokushinkai, instructeur principal du Dojo Okinawa-Kan de Nonancourt.

Stage de Djema à la Réunion
C'est un superbe cadeau qu'ont offert Frédéric RAFOUGILET, Président du club Spartiates 2 Canons et Jean-Luc VEDAPODAGOM, Branch chief de La Réunion, aux membres IKO : un stage dirigé par le vice-champion du Monde Djéma BELKHODJA. En effet, dans le cadre du 2ème Open de La Réunion, ce grand champion, qui avait gentiment accepté l'invitation, a partagé son expérience avec la centaine de participants qui s'était réunie au dojo Spartiates le vendredi 26 octobre 2018.
