Count 3: From the Zenkutsu-Dachi Gendan-Barai, Neko-Ashi-Dachi and Tettsui must be executed swiftly and simultaneously. The wrist must be bent when you throw the Tettsui.

Pinan sono ni

Count 5: After the Kiba-Dachi Tettsui, from the Tsuruashi-Dachi to swiftly execute the Uraken and Sokuto-Yoko-Geri at the same time. Uraken and Sokuto-Yoko-Geri should be parallel. (Do not hold the Tsuruashi-Dachi position). From the Uraken position, directly execute the Shuto-Uke to the front. (Do not start the Shuto-Uke from the position of covering the groin.)

Count 2 & 4: Execute the Uchi-Uke Gedan-Barai with the Heisoku-Dachi. Knees must be flexed and keep the buttocks tight.

Count 11: Stance must be the Heisoku-Dachi. The Seiken must touch the hip (belt position). 

Count 19: From the Hidari-Zenkutsu-Dachi, slide the right foot to the Heisoku-Dachi position and use the left foot to turn backwards 180 degrees to make the Kiba-Dachi. 

Count 20: From the Kiba-Dachi, use the Hidari-Kakato-Geri to the groin of the opponent positioning behind you, and slide to the right to execute the Migi-Hiji-Uchi and the Hidari-Seiken-Jodan_Zuki to the backwards at the same time the Kiba-Dachi is completed.

Count 3: When you execute the Juji-Uke, cross the arms above the wrists.

Count 9: After the Hidari-Chudan-Hiji-Uchi, pivot the Zenkutsu-Dachi to the left and execute the Migi-Shuto-Ganmen-Uchi with the left hand open to cover the forehead simultaneously.

Count 10: After the Migi-Mae-Geri, move forward to execute the Migi-Uraken-Ganmen-Uchi with the Kosa-Dachi. The body must face straight.

Count 12 & 14: After the Migi-Mae-Geri, execute the Hidari-Chudan-Gyaku-Zuki without taking Hikite position.

Count 19: Both hands open to hold the opponent's head and pull it down to Migi-Hiza-Geri with keeping the hands open. Turn to the front as you put down the right foot, and directly execute the Shuto-Uke to the front. (Do not start the Shuto-Uke from the position of covering the groin.)

Count 10: From the Migi-Zenkutsu-Dachi Chudan-Oi-Zuki, turn the body 180 degrees to execute the Migi-Soto-Mawashi-Geri to the rear, and ready for the Migi-Gedan-Barai. Execute the Migi-Gedan-Barai as you complete the Kiba-Dachi.

Count 11: Move the eye contact to the front and get ready to throw the Hidari-Haishu-Uke with the right hand open in front of the face. Execute the Hidari-Haishu-Uke slowly and make the right open hand gradually to firm fist (Seiken-Hikite) at the same time.

Count 12: Throw the Migi-Soto-Mawashi-Geri to hit the palm of the Hidari-Haishu with the Migi-Sokutei. As you make the Kiba-Dachi, execute the Migi-Hiji-Uchi to hit the left palm. Move the back foot (left foot) to the front to make the Kake-Ashi-Dachi and execute the Migi-Uraken-Genmen-Uchi with the Soe-Te (left hand) back-fist upwards.

Count 14: From the Migi-Seiken-Tsukiage (count 13) with the Hidari-Soe-Te, slide the body forward to execute the Kosa-Dachi Jyuji-Uke (Image to throw the opponent to the floor). Keep the back and eye contact straight.

Tsuki no kata

Mokuso: 90 degrees Musubi-Dachi. Put the hands position one fist distance from the body. Hide the Migi-Seiken area with the left hand. Move the hands all the way down and keep the armpit closed.

Ibuki and Yooi: Slide the hands smoothly up to the temple high and make the Uchi-Hachiji-Dachi. Make the Seiken as you execute the Ibuki, and make th'e Heiko-Dachi.

Count 7: From the Zenkutsu-Dachi Migi-Chudan-Oi-Zuki, slowly move the right foot back to make the Nekoashi-Dachi as the Zanshin. Move the right foot straight to the left for the shoulder width, and turn your body to make the Hidari-Sanchin-Dachi Hidari-Uchi-Uke.

Count 15: Turn with the Kiba-Dachi position. Turn your upper body from the Kiba-Dachi Hidari-Jun-Zuki to Migi-Nukite without making E-Noji-Dachi. You must keep the firm Kiba-Dachi and twist the hip to preserve the power.

Count 17: From the Kiba-Dachi Hidari-Nukite position, slide the left foot (Chusoku touching the floor) slowly to touch the right foot with the eye contact to the left showing the Zanshin. As the both feet come together, change the eye contact to the front. Then move back the left foot back to make the Migi-Zenkutsu-Dachi position and execute the Uchi-Uke Gedan-Barai.

Count 20: Mawashi-Uke. The upper hand should be the Shuto-Uke, and the lower hand should be Shotei. The hands move circularly in front of the body symmetrically. Do not overextend the elbow or move the hands behind the body. After both hands reach the Hikite position with both the Shotei at the same height, execute both Shotei to the center of body, aimed to face and groin, with Ibuki.

Naore: Put the hands together without covering the eyes (the left hand is above the right hand), mover—the left heel inwards and slide the right foot to bring the heels together Musubi Dachi. Straighten the knees and down the hands to return to the beginning Mokuso position.

Yantsu

Saiha

Count 1:  Musubi-Dachi. Migi-Hikite with 4 fingers together and thumb grabbing right Seiken firmly. Do not put thumb into right knuckle.

Count 2:  Slide Hikite from right side to left side with the armpit and elbow closed.

Count 3:  Shiko-Dachi. Throw Uraken-Ganmen-Uchi inside of the other arm, and show a good snap of the wrist and finish the wrist straight with the left hand open to cover the solar plexus.

Count 10: Keep the body facing straight and move the left foot toward the right foot. Eye contact to the opponent on the right, slide the left foot to the left and slide your right foot to make Nekoashi-Dachi. The right hand is Shotei-Osae-Uke and the left hand is Haito-Kake-Uke. The armpits must be closed.

Count 11: Mae-Geri must be Chudan height, to target the solar plexus at the same time the eye contact to the front.

Count 12: Seiken Jodan Morote Tsuki's Hikite back-fist must face upwards.

Count 14: The left hand is under the right hand and turn 180 degrees to make Hidari-Zenkutsu-Dachi and Morote-Kake-Uke. The Hikite's back-fist must be upwards.

Count 16: (1) Turn 180 degrees from Hidari-Zenkutsu-Dachi. Move the right arm in front of the face to execute Jodan-Tettsui (eye high) while keeping the left hand Hikite position. Stance is shoulder-width Heiko-Dachi.
(2) Change the Tettsui to Tensho-Kake and throw Hidari-Seiken-Shita-Zuki with Nekoashi-Dachi. The right hand Hikite remains Tensho-Kake hand.

Count 19: After Hidari-Seiken-Chudan-Zuki with Migi-Sanchin-Dachi, slide the left foot to the front while straighten the both arms backwards with the eye contact.  Turn to make Nekoashi-Dachi and throw Migi-Haito-Uchi to finish with Hidari-Nukite swiftly.

Count 20: Throw Mawashi-Uke with the left Haito-Uke in the middle of the body. Both hands should not move too far from the body. Once both hand reach the Hikite position, execute Shotei clearly.

Sanchin

Count 3:    When stepping back to Kiba-Dachi from Zenkutsu-Dachi, do not pick up the left heel and shift the body weight to the back leg as you slide the front leg. Execute the hidari-Gedan-Barai as you complete the Kiba-Dachi.

Count 7, 8 and 9: Move the Shuto circularly and smoothly from covering the Kinteki to Shuto-Uchi-Uke with a long Ibuki. Then inhale quickly and throw the Shuto-Gendan-Barai with a short exhale.

Count 13, 14 & 15: From the Tsuruashi-Dachi to swiftly execute the Uraken and Sokuto-Yoko-Geri at the same time. Uraken and Sokuto-Yoko-Geri should be parallel. Do not hold the Tsuruashi-Dachi position.

Count 16:   After Migi-Chudan-Mae-Geri under the Migi-Seiken-Chudan-Zuki, execute Kakeashi-Dachi Seiken-Morote-Tsuki with both arms straight. The arms height differs a bit.

Count 18:   After the Kokutsu-Dachi Shuto-Uke, extend both arms straight to the right and execute Migi-Haito-Uchi as the left foot sides back. As you make Migi-Kokutsu-Dachi, execute the Hidari-Nukite swiftly with the right hand at the height of the solar plexus, the Nukite and the right hand is one fist distance.

Count 19:   Throw Mawashi-Uke with the left Haito-Uke in the middle of the body. Both hands should not move too far from the body. Once both hand reach the Hikite position, execute Shotei clearly.
